Sign into Online Banking or the Westpac App and access Business Centre on your dashboard.
How can I redeem this offer?
- Open a Business One or Business One Plus account (unless you already have one)
- Sign into Online Banking or the Westpac App and select the "Business Centre" link on your dashboard. If you are a Sole Trader, select More and scroll down to access the Business Centre
- Select the offer you want to redeem. You'll be redirected to the offer partner's website for full details
- Follow the instructions on the page using either the debit card or BSB and account number linked to your Business One or Business One Plus account, or a Westpac business credit card.
FAQs
Westpac’s exclusive collection of business Partner Offers (partner offers) are offers that can help business customers save money, optimise their business and grow. Partner offers can be accessed through the Westpac App, Online Banking and Mobile Banking.
The partner offers are available to all eligible* Westpac Business One and Business One Plus account holders and authorised Administrators for Business Networks.
*Your Business One or Business One Plus account must have no customer or account level blocks on it. The full offers advertised for Lawpath and MYOB are only available to Westpac Business One and Business One Plus customers who do not hold a current plan or subscription with Lawpath or MYOB. Further information for Westpac Business One customers that hold a current plan or subscription with Lawpath and/or MYOB can be found at Lawpath and/or MYOB’s partner offer webpages and Terms and Conditions.
Each partner may have their own eligibility criteria in addition to Westpac’s eligibility criteria - please review the specific partners' Offer Terms and Conditions for more information.
At Westpac, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional value and flexibility to our customers. By extending these partner offers to all eligible Business One & Business One Plus account holders, we're ensuring many more customers can enjoy the benefits provided by the partner offers.
Eligible customers can view the partner offers by clicking on the ‘Select the offer you want to redeem’ button in the Westpac App, Online Banking and Mobile Banking. Customers will also need to have opted-in to receive marketing information from Westpac to be able to view the offers.
Eligible customers will need to have a Westpac Business One or Business One Plus account and either be the account holder or an authorised Administrator for a Business Network. You can access the partner offers by selecting the ‘Select the offer you want to redeem’ button in the Westpac App, Online Banking and Mobile Banking. Once you've selected an offer, you’ll be securely redirected to that partner offer page.
Only an account holder or an authorised Administrator of your Business Network can access the partner offers. If you've opted out of receiving marketing information from Westpac, you won't be able to see the offers either.
To opt-in to marketing so you can view current offers, please update your notification and marketing settings under your Personal Profile in Online Banking. For Business Network customers, this can be updated by contacting a banker or calling us on 132 142.
If you can’t see these, go to “Admin”,” User access”, tick yes to all accounts under the company/nosiness network. For more info, please visit, Manage Online Business Banking Access and Users | Westpac.
When updating marketing preferences to opt-out (or opt-in), it may take up to 72 hours to reflect on Online Banking.
No, the partner offers can only be accessed through the Westpac App, Online Banking and Mobile Banking.
You can only access the partner offers if you hold a Westpac Business One or Business One Plus account. If you hold more than one Westpac Business One or Business One Plus account, you'll need to nominate a specific account to access any partner offers. This also means if you close that account, you are no longer eligible to receive the benefits of the partner offers you've taken up.
To remain eligible for the exclusive collection of partner offers, you must maintain an active Westpac Business One or Business One Plus account. If you close your designated account during the offer period, you’ll no longer qualify for the associated partner benefits. Please consult the specific partner’s Terms and Conditions for full details. Should you reopen a Westpac Business One or Business One Plus account later, you won’t be able to reclaim any previous partner offers or access any remaining benefits from offers you were previously enrolled in.
If you apply for these partner offers and subsequently switch between Business One and Business One Plus or vice versa, you’ll still be able to enjoy the benefits, provided you don’t close your account.

1 The exclusive collection of partner offers total has been calculated assuming you take up all partner offers for the entire offer period and, where applicable, based upon the highest subscription offered. For MYOB, value has been calculated based on a monthly MYOB Business Pro subscription. Samsung involves an initial purchase of $4,000, followed by a subsequent $1,000 purchase. For Uber, value has been calculated based on an average annual spend of $67,946 from active organisations with 200-250 employees.
2 Partner value is based upon each partner's highest subscription or annual price for the entire offer period, excluding Samsung and Uber. Samsung involves an initial $4,000 and a $1,000 subsequent purchase while for Uber, value has been calculated based on an average annual spend of $67,946 from active organisations with 200-250 employees. Each offer is subject to the partner’s individual terms and conditions, which are specified on the partner’s website. The offers can be accessed via Online Banking, which is owned by Westpac. When you click the link to access each partner offer, you will be taken to a partner's website, which is a third-party site not owned by Westpac. Westpac is not a party to any offers or contracts which you enter into with the partners. Any services or accounts you set up with a partner as part of receiving an offer is not a Westpac account.

Partner offers may be varied or withdrawn at any time in accordance with the partner’s Terms and Conditions and may not be available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
The exclusive collection of partner offers is available to Westpac Business One and Business One Plus customers only. To be eligible for the partner offers you need to hold a Westpac Business One account or a Business One Plus account and or be an authorised Administrator of a Business Network that holds a Westpac Business One or a Business One Plus account and use your Westpac Business debit or credit card or BSB and account number as the payment option for the partner offer.
Eligibility to the exclusive collection of partner offers is available at an account level. If you have more than one Business One or Business One Plus account, you will be eligible for the exclusive collection of partner offers on each account. However, all offers are subject to the partners terms and conditions which may include specific eligibility criteria. Please refer to the partner’s website for details.
If you close or no longer hold the Business One or Business One Plus account, you will no longer be eligible for the exclusive collection of partner offers and any existing partner offers connected to that account may be terminated by the partner and you may start incurring fees per the partner’s terms and conditions.
The exclusive collection of partner offers may be varied or withdrawn at any time in accordance with the partner’s terms and conditions and may not be available in conjunction with any other promotions.
Access to the exclusive collection of partner offers is provided via Westpac Online Banking on each Business One account or Business One Plus account. All account holders and authorised Administrators of a Business Network that holds a Business One or Business One Plus account will have access to the offers. If you are not already registered for online banking, you will need to register to get access to the offers.
